I know, summer has almost come to an end and I have not blogged really at all this summer. We have been super busy like everyone else! Hay season is still going on and keeping us extremely

busy but we found time to go boating last Saturday with all the youth at our Church. A nice family we know offered their beautiful home for us to come to and boat right in their backyard. it was perfect, we jump on the tramp, jumped off the docks, played football, and played in the water on their personal beach. Sissy is our little fish and she couldn't get enough of the water.

Easter was so much fun around our house. We started it off on Saturday with our annual Easter Egg Hunt and BBQ. We love spending this time with our family and friends! Sunday we kept it simple and reinforced to the kids the real meaning of Easter. HE LIVES! I am so grateful for such a wonderful family and great in-laws!

Seth is 7! I can't believe I have a seven year old. Time flies buy, that's for sure. Seth is an awesome kid. He is super smart and a very hard worker. He loves sports, hunting, school, and art. He makes us laugh everyday and says things way beyond his years. We love you Seth and are so glad you are our "big" boy!

I can't believe that Tanner is already 5! He will start Kindergarten next year and he is so excited. I don't know what I will do with only two kiddos at home. He is maturing so much this year....he is almost out of his whinny stage and he helps me around the house and with the younger two kids. We absolutely love him and we are so grateful to have him in our family!

Las Vegas

At the end of February, Jason and I dropped the kiddos off with my in-laws and we headed to Vegas with some great friends! Jason took me for my 30th Birthday even though it was 2 months early due to Jason's work schedule (calving season is here!). The weather was awesome, a little cool but a sweatshirt was all we needed and there was no SNOW! We had a great time with our friends, saw some awesome things, watched some amazing shows and ate some yummy food.

New Years

I don't know why I am so horrible at blogging! I really am going to try and do better in 2011. This year we just stayed home and played with the kiddos on New Years. We played hide-and-seek-butt-whoop! This is the boys absolute favorite game to play. It is the same as hide-and-seek but when you are found the person looking for you gets to spank you. Don't ask!

This Christmas was a ton of fun. We even had Uncle Nate, Aunt Scarlett, and cousin Carolina come cross country to spend the holidays with us. The kids were so much fun to watch this year. They are at the age where they understand the whole Santa thing as well as the true meaning of Christmas, our Saviors birth.

Unfortunately Tanner was unable to see Santa. Santa comes right after the school play and he wasn't feeling well so he was asleep at Grandma's house. Jason did ask Santa to please bring Tanner a cap gun, he has been waiting all year, and luckily Tanner got one.

Seth attends a very small school in our little town. Every year they put on a school play and the whole community comes. This year he was an Elf and did an awesome job. He remembered all of his lines except one and his friend helped him when he forgot.

Halloween is always so much fun when you have kids! We made it through a fun Halloween party, 2 school parties, and trick-or-treating! My kids have enough candy to last the whole year. Where we live they give out a bunch of full size candy bars and some even gave out king size. Too much candy in this house!

Here's little Reagan in her adorable blessing dress. My mother-in-law bought it for her and I absolutely love it! Reagan was blessed on the 4th of July and Jason blessed her along with his older brother Matt and his Dad. There were only the three of them and the Bishop but the spirit was amazing. I loved how little and intamint the circle was. This was the 1st time that Grandpa Tracy was unable to participate but we know that he was there with us. We love our precious little angel!

Yep, it's rodeo time! This year we had a blast at the Oakley Rodeo. We went early to sign the kids up for their events and when we got there they told us that they change the age limit to ride a sheep. 6 year old and above would have to ride a calf this year. I was a little nervous to let Seth ride but he has been practicing on our own calves and he really wanted to do it so I signed him up. He ended up riding pretty well but then he got bucked off the front of the calf and then stepped on. Thank goodness the only thing that happened is he got the wind knocked out of him. The kid is tough, he didn't even cry! I thought that now he would think twice about riding but he informed me that he just needs to practice more. OH BOY!!! Rodeo circuit here we come!

We absolutely LOVE the 4th!!!!!

In my family growing up it was such a big and fun holiday and I am glad that I moved to a town where it is just as big of a deal. There are so many activities including the infamous parade where all of the kids decorate their bikes and ride them, the very patriotic program, a huge BBQ, foot races and games, and then the fireworks. This little town of Almo has a tradition of doing this on the 4th and great grandma & grandpa tell many stories about the races and festivities when they were kids. What a fun tradition!!!!

Justin also took time out to stop and pose for pictures. He is posing for someone on the side of the road. What a cutie! He also received an award for the person who put in the most effort to get to the finish line.

I have always loved having brothers and Reagan is lucky enough to have 3 amazing big brothers! She might get tired of it when she hits High School but for now she loves it! All 3 of the boys absolutely love Rea and can't get enough of her. I have to be on guard constantly especially when Justin is around.

Since we live really far from town we do not have organized sports such as little league baseball and soccer. So, us mother have to take it upon ourselves in these small communities to put together fun things for our children. Last year me and a friend of mine organized a soccer league and now this year that same friend took it upon herself to put together a t-ball league. She is amazing! There ended up being something like 130 kids who signed up. If you know where I live you know that this is a huge turn out! We had such a fun time watching these little guys play their hearts out! A huge thanks to our friend Denise!

Oh, how I love my little girl! She is adorable and has been such an easy baby thus far. I took her in for her two week check up and she is doing great. She has already grown a pound and she is in the 95th% for her height.

Those of you who know me well know that I am not a girly girl but I do have to say that dressing a little girl is so much more fun than a boy. I love it! I have to put her in a cute outfit every day because so many of you have sent her such adorable clothes! Thank you so much for all the fun things that are being sent!

Seth is a Kindergarten Graduate! He did really well this year in school and loved almost every minute of it. I can't believe how big he is getting. I absolutely love the little school that he goes to and I enjoy being involved with all of the activities. I am blessed to be able to be a stay at home mom and to be able to be there for all of the fun things that he gets to do.

Time sure does fly when you are having fun! This cutie turned 2 at the very end of April. Justin is so much fun and Jason and I wish that he could stay at this age forever! He definitely has his own personality and makes everyone in the family laugh. Justin is super independent which we hope will help when the new little one arrives. He is so full of energy and loves to move constantly. If he was our 1st child we would seriously think about him being our last, but since he has older brothers to try and keep up with he does just fine. We are still waiting for him to start talking, well to start understanding him. His older bros are notorious for telling us everything he wants or says. We love you Justin and think you are awesome!

Tanner had his 4th Birthday on the tenth of April. We kept the kids b-day's simple this year and I loved it! No big parties & dinners, just the simple cake and presents with the family. Tanner is such a fun boy. We really still can't understand him that well but he has a really good heart. He is the best brother, always helping, funny, caring, and starting to become a real "worker". This year it was absolutely freezing here so the easter egg hunt was quick. Usually we have to hide the eggs about 3-5 times but this year we all just lasted one quick round. We had a fun inside BBQ at Great Grandma Tracy's on Saturday and then I had the family out to my house for Easter dinner between conferences. It was a low key Easter and we all loved it!

Things have been crazy around here but I have made a goal of keeping this thing updated. So much has happened and I am sure I won't remember to blog about it all. Seth is still in school and loving it. Jason is right in the middle of calving and hating it. Tanner works with his dad when it's not too cold, otherwise he is watching cartoons or coloring. Justin is getting into everything and he loves it and I hate it! Baby girl is growing big and moving lots! They are going to induce her on June 7th. She is measuring big which is no surprise here since all of the boys were big. I am starting to get morning sickness again and I am hoping that it will go away but I know better. I tell Jason all of the time that I hope this pregnancy isn't a predictor of future behavior because if it is we're in HUGE trouble! Here are some other things we've been up to:

Snow, Snow, & more Snow!

When Jason got back he took Tanner for a ride in our meadows. Tanner loved it and thought that it was just as cool as going on the mountain.

Jason loves to snowmobile and sometimes I think it's the only thing in the winter that keeps him sane. He was able to take a break one afternoon and go riding up on the mountains by our house. There was a big group going and he decided to take Seth for the 1st time. Needless to say he absolutely loved it! When they got home Seth wouldn't quit talking about it. Who would have thought that there would be so much snow during Spring Break?

Missouri

This is a picture of Justin and his cousin Wes. Justin and I were able to surprise my parents by flying to MO for a couple of days. I hadn't been home in 2 years and my dad was put in as bishop in his ward so I decided last minute to make the trip. This was Justin's 1st time flying and he did great, although he was a big stinker at my mom and dad's! It was good to see so many family members and to be able to spend time with lots of them. I am grateful to Jason and my mother in law Bonnie for taking care of Tanner and Seth while I was gone!

Grandpa Tracy

Last time I posted I had told you that we went to St. George and were able to move Jason's Grandparent's down there. Well, after being there 5 days, Jason's Grandpa was put into the hospital. About 4 days later he passed away. We love Great Grandpa Tracy and he is missed dearly. This was and continues to be hard on all of us. We are so grateful for the Plan of Salvation and the Gospel and the comfort we get from what we know. We love you grandpa!

Busy Busy Busy

So there has been a lot going on these past couple of weeks. We just got back today from St. George. We moved Jason's Grandparents down there and while we were there we were able to see his other Grandma and my Grandparents. There was a lot to do in the three days we were down there but I think we got a lot accomplished. We had a great time with everyone!
For those of you who don't know by now, we are expecting baby #4. We went to the Dr. the day before we headed to St. George and found out the we are having a GIRL! I can't believe we can actually produce a girl! I am so excited but nervous. Jason looked like he was going to puke when we found out. We had talked about it and thought that having another boy would be just great. We have all of the clothes and toys and we just do well with the boys.... we have no clue what we are going to do with a girl.... it will be a change but we are excited to welcome her into our family! Sorry there are no pics but I will download a couple from what my Grandpa took while in St George later.

The days are just flying by and they are filled with lots of "to do's" I will try to be better at this. This last month and a half has been filled with running Seth to school (for those of you who don't know the closest school is 20 mins from our house), having school parties, church parties, Jason's surprise 30th, and lots more. Here is Justin's new smile. Don't you just love it! This is what I get now when I take pictures or when he thinks he is being cute he will give me this look. He is a HAM. Justin is now in nursery and he absolutely loves it! He went in for the 1st time last Sunday and he ran in and didn't even look back. I thought that he would be happy to see me when I picked him up but he ran in the opposite direction. Another independent one like his older brother Seth!

Halloween was a lot of fun this year. We of course went to Almo to trick-or-treat and we met up with all of the cousins. Justin made it to about 6 or 7 houses which was a miracle in itself. He hated his costume when we tried it on and he tore it off right away. I thought that he wouldn't even get out of the driveway but he did! The older boys were lucky enough to have Grandpa take them to every house in Almo! We didn't even get home until 10:30 pm. Talk about tired kids!

SEATTLE FUN!

Oh how we love the Simon family! Jason and I were able to take a fun five day trip to Seattle to see our good friends and see the Seattle area. We loved it! It was just what we needed, a fun get away for the two of us. We were so glad that our friends Nick and Jen were able to go and have fun with us. Thanks again for letting us stay with you guys, you two are the best!

THE CRAB POT
If any of you know Jason you know that he absolutely LOVES crab legs. We went to a resturant down on the pier and had crab. We loved it. They brought you a pot of crab legs and dumped it on your table and you go to town. YUMMY!

PIONEER SQUARE
Jason and I toured the old square in downtown. We also were able to go on an underground tour of "old" Seattle. They had 14 blocks of the basements and 1st floors covered with dirt. In one of the pictures you can see where one of the windows use to be looking at street level, now all you see is dirt. The pic with the counter is that of an old bank. Really interesting history in Seattle!

LEAVENWORTH
Leavenworth Washington was definitely worth the two hour drive East. It is a fun little Bulgarian Village in a little ski town. They had a ton of different little shops that were fun to go in. They had a had store there with every single hat you could think of. Jason and I had a fun time in that store!

While in Seattle we were able to go to a Mariners baseball game. Nick got the tickets and he did a great job, we had great seats. The Mariners played the Yankee's (boo) and Ichiro hit a homer in the last inning to win the game. It was so much fun, we had a blast!

FERRY
We took a ferry to an island off of the Seattle shoreline. It was a beautiful ride and an awesome view of Seattle. THe little town was cute and had a fun little game store.

PIKES PLACE
We had a ton of fun here. Nick and Jason found a little stand where a Filipino lady was cooking and they were able to eat all of the different foods that they ate while serving their missions in the Phillipines. Jen and I tasted the food which was good! Jason is hanging out with a group of "pink ladies". I think secretly he loved it!

DOES HE LOOK SICK TO YOU?
So Jason and I took our first trip every without kids(minus the 1 night get aways). We went to Seattle to see our awesome friends from college and had a blast (more pics to come). We were gone five days and when we got home the kids were all fine. The next day they all seemed to have little colds. Well, the two older boys seemed to get over their colds quickly but Justin got worse. I took him to his Dr. and he ended having Pneumonia & RSV. The poor kid! They wanted to admit him into the hospital but I asked if I could try something at home before we had to result to that. I have been giving him breathing treatments 3 times a day and he's on 2 antibiotics. HE had a check-up today and the Dr. said he isn't any worse but not completely better. We have to keep up what we are doing and go in again next week. He's doing really good and doesn't even act like he's sick. Check out the pics, he looks fine to me!

So, we sent Seth off to school last week and he absolutely LOVES it! We told Tanner now that Seth is gone he is our #1 worker. He has loved working with his dad and has been soaking in every minute. This is them working last week on building a road with the dump truck. They are having a great time together!

Can you believe that I have a kid old enough to go to kindergarten? Whoa does time fly! Seth was so excited for his 1st day of school. He picked out his own clothes while school shopping and wouldn’t you know it, everything had to have skulls on it. Isn’t that odd for a 5 year old? I wasn’t ready to let him go but I knew that it was time. I had a good little cry last night and then a few tears on the way home. His aunt is going to pick him up from school today so I’ll have to wait until later to know how it went. Here are some pics of Tanner and Justin too from this morning. Poor Tanner got all dressed up for school to be told that he wasn’t going!  While changing the laundry before school, I came back to this! STINKER

1 Really Bad Week!

Okay, the last week and a half has really stunk! Here is the run down:

1st - Backed up the horse trailer into a sign and completely took it out. Lots of $ to fix!

2nd - Was helping Jason haul hay and clipped a gate. A very expensive gate is now bent in half!

3th - Helping with hay once again and unhooked me trailer. Went to drive away and put it in reverse and smacked my tailgate on the trailer. Yikes!

4th - Went to an Elder's party and went 4-wheeling, Jason driving and me on the back. Total blast until will rolled the 4-wheeler. Thank goodness is wasn't as bad as it could have been. We thought that my foot was broken but it ended up being a torn tendon and ligament. I also tore a muscle in the inside of my leg.

5th - All 3 boys have had the flu. They all couldn't get it at the same time, they got it in 2 day intervals. Good thing it was a quick bug and they all recovered.

6th - This one just happend today, I was cleaning house today and realized that Justin was still napping when he should have been awake. I went in to his room to see his diaper on the floor. He is obsessed with taking his pants and diaper off. Anyways, he took his diaper off and then decided to poop in his crib! YUCK, GROSS, & DISGUSTING!

Well, on a postive note, we are starting a new week soon!

Okay, so July flew by and now it's August! We were super busy during July but here are some of the highlights from the month:

We got a new kitten and we brought her home in this cage. Next thing I know Justin crawled inside it. He got scrubbed down in the bath after this! I really am not a cat lover but I hate mice even more!

Jason and I celebrated our 7th Anniversary in SLC going to a George Strait concert. We had a total blast! It truly was one of the best nights I have ever had. We stayed the night downtown and did some shopping the next day. This isn't a good pic of us but it was the only one I got due to extremely low camera battery. I can't believe we have been married for 7 years! I have absolutely loved it and can't wait for the many more years to come!

During July we went to the Oakley rodeo. We went on kids night and entered our boys.

Tanner was only entered in one event, the goat ribbon pull. The concept is easy. You stand at the starting line, when they say go you run up to the goat, you find the ribbon on its tail and pull it off, and then you run back to the line. We went over this time and again with Tanner and he wanted Jason to run with him so he did. Well, this clip was the outcome of Tanner's 1st rodeo and probably last one.

Seth is our total Cowboy. He loves everything about it! He wanted to do every event that he could. He did the goat pull and did really well. He did the ribbon calf pull and almost got his ribbon and then he rode a sheep. He didn't last very long but it was his 1st time and I was proud of him. He won't stop talking about it and he now wants to do it again.

This is just a funny clip of Justin with the new cat. Seth was watching this and laughing so hard. He turned to me and said," I peed a little". It was hilarious!

The other things that have occupied our time this month is HAY! Jason is in the middle of hay and we try to help with that. Driving truck and hauling hay is what I have been up to about 4 of the 7 days of the week. This is our busy time for ranching. I guess every time of the year is our busy time but this wins the cake. There are a lot of nights that I go to bed alone while Jason is out bayling hay. He gets NO sleep this time of year!

When I am not helping Jason, I am canning. Those of you who know me know I LOVE canning. It's a ton of work but I enjoy it. I have already canned green beans, made freezer corn, and freezer jam. This next month is my busy month with canning. More corn, spaghetti sauce, salsa, peaches, and then comes the apples. Applesauce, apple pie filling and then pears! LOVE IT!

So we had a very full weekend. We had the Judd family reunion here in Almo and almost the entire family was here. Bonnie did the cooking for all of the guests, there was a lot of visiting, kids playing, and everyone wanted to help Ted and Jason move cows. Saturday night we caught the tail end of Almo Days. There were two great bands and the boys had a blast dancing. I asked Seth if he would dance with Amy, (friend of the family she is 2 1/2) he told me no and said, "Mom I like the older ones". He better not like the older ones! Anyhow, they were all too cute! Here are some pics!

Here in Idaho we have been getting a ton of rain, which has been awesome. The only negative thing about the rain is that the boys have been getting twice as dirty due to the super huge mud puddles! Here is Justin in the mud, needless to say he has been getting at least two baths a day!

Summer's Here!

I love summer! The smells, BBQ's, kids playing, swim lessons, cut grass, planting flowers, and otter pops. The boys are having such a fun time playing outside, not to mention that mom likes the break. They are able to entertain themselves and I don't have to hear how badly they want to go outside. Even though we have had a ton of rain (I'm not complaining) it is warm enough to go out and play once the storms pass. Everything is super green here and our crop is growing so well. The boys are doing well and all of them just had their yearly check-ups. All three of my boys are in the 95% for weight and height. For those of you who know my boys well, that is not a surprise, except for Seth. We just thought that he was average but he is big for his age too. This is very exciting for Jason as he was always small as a kid and he hated it. Don't you just love the cute pic of my boys?!

Soccer

It is the start of June and I can feel summer all around. I guess you can say that I became a "soccer mom" this year. New to Almo is a children's soccer league and Tanner & Seth have been playing in it. For those of you who know my boys well, you know that Seth is quite athletic and Tanner is not so much. Watching Tanner play soccer is sometimes painful, yet funny. He is the kid on the team who would rather sit in the middle of the field while the others run around. He is only in it for the drinks and sancks at the end. Then there is Seth, who thinks he is pretty cool and he runs everywhere and he scores "like 29 goals". He tells us this after every game and it is pretty funny. I am so glad that we were able to have enough kids to play soccer this year, especially in such a small community. We ended up having 60 kids. (That is a lot where we live!) Only two more weeks and we are done with soccer and we move on to swimming lessons! Maybe next year we will start T-ball. Seth thinks he is such a worker & he is. At barely 5 he is always wanting to work.

This is Seth's 1st time ridding a horse on his own. He has ridden with his dad and grandpa and even me but never by himself. He couldn't be happier. Check out that smile, it says it all! He was a pro at it even though mom was nervous. He takes after his dad for sure!

Talk about being busy lately! I thought that living in the middle of nowhere would simplify life, and in a way it does, but you are a different busy. Yesterday the boys and I helped Jason and Ted (my father-in-law) move cows. This is normal for this time of year and I enjoy helping and use to help quite a bit but now that I have 3 little boys they quit asking. Well, they needed the help and I was more than willing but it did equal a very long day! Here are some fun pics of the day.

Oh, how time flies! My little boy is has just finished pre-school. Seth had a little graduation ceremony today at school. He was to tell everyone what he was going to be when he grew up and thinking since he LOVES to work with his dad he would say that he wanted to be a Rancher but he suprised us and now he wants to be a "cop", so he can"arrest people". We love him so much and can't believe how old he is getting! He has a really good personality and says the funniest things. He is a minature man! We love you Seth!
